Welcome to the Oregon Gravel Grinder Series!
2 Epic Rides - 2 Regions of Oregon
We are excited to present the Oregon Gravel Grinder series in 2018. This year we will have two rides- Gorge Gravel Grinder in The Dalles and the High Desert Gravel Grinder in Bend. We have selected the most scenic, challenging, and quality roads to be found in the state of Oregon. Many are iconic and are included as part of Oregon Scenic Bikeways. These are signature roads that are unique and that you will find no were else.
Each ride comes complete with chip timing that allows for immediate results posted onsite and online as well as interim timing points and competitions along the way. Well stocked aid stations, port-a-potties and well signed courses mean that you can focus completely on the task of finishing strong.
Each ride has a post event party where riders can bask in their accomplishment and trade stories with friends and fellow riders of their experience along the way. Ready for the Grinder Challenge? Then pick one of the two epic rides or better yet do both and ride at the next level!

Mt. Hood Gravel Grinder
Mt Hood, Oregon
After careful consideration we have decided to cancel the Mt. Hood Gravel Grinder for 2018 after receiving several complaints that there was not enough gravel on the route. In addition Hood River County Road Department raised their permitting fees from $75 to $1100 last year and has changed policies to no longer allow events to use county parks. This has made operating in Hood River County cost prohibitive.
We are currently scouting other locations and plan to bring back a third ride in the Oregon Gravel Grinder series for 2019. Thank you for your understanding.
