Gorge Gravel returns in 2026 with the most extensive course redesign in event history. Every route is new, taking riders west from Dufur into the foothills of the Cascade Range and through sections of the Mount Hood National Forest.

Expect silky smooth gravel, constantly changing scenery, and routes naturally sheltered from the Gorge’s notorious spring winds. From open wheat fields to oak woodlands and dense fir forests, every mile delivers a fresh look and feel.

Dufur City Park once again hosts race weekend with full camping, shade, and a festival-style atmosphere, while upgraded aid stations keep the energy high all day long.

The Gorge Gravel Race and Ride returns in 2026 with the most ambitious course redesign in event history. Every route has been completely overhauled, delivering fresh terrain, stunning new scenery, and a riding experience that feels brand new while staying true to what makes Gorge Gravel iconic.

Race headquarters remains at beautiful Dufur City Park, offering expansive grassy areas, shade, and full camping facilities. Whether you are racing hard or riding for fun, it is the perfect home base for a full weekend of gravel, community, and celebration.

What has always set Gorge Gravel apart is its commitment to silky smooth gravel, unforgettable landscapes, and a rider-first experience that has made it the largest spring gravel event in the Northwest. That commitment continues in 2026, with routes designed to be both spectacular and more sheltered from the Gorge’s infamous spring winds.

Castelli Cycling has been part of Breakaway Promotions for over eleven years, supporting our riders and production and helping to launch gravel in Oregon. EXPERINCE THE NEXT CHAPTER IN THIS LEGENDARY EVENT

This year, all three courses head west from Dufur into the foothills of the Cascade Mountain Range, with sections traveling through the Mount Hood National Forest. Riders will roll out through open wheat fields and prairie grasslands before climbing into oak woodlands, ponderosa pine forests, and finally dense stands of fir and cedar. The terrain and scenery evolve mile by mile, offering a constantly changing and immersive ride.

The new routes are tightly tucked against the mountains and forested terrain, providing natural wind protection and smoother riding conditions across all distances.

Aid stations are also getting an upgrade. Known for well-stocked feed zones, Gorge Gravel is elevating the experience with high-energy, party-style stops designed to keep riders fueled, motivated, and smiling all day long.

Gorge Gravel 2026 is shaping up to be something special. We cannot wait to welcome riders back to Dufur this April to experience the next chapter of this legendary event.
